Shauna & Logan Attraction Session

Had the wonderful opportunity to shoot an engagement session with Shauna & Logan the other night and even though it was quite frigid outside, they were both definitely up for anything and we had an awesome time! From their amazing story to where they want to go in the future, Shauna and Logan are perfect for each other and just in the minuscule glimpse that I was with them, the strength of their love and commitment was totally evident. The Dexter Family - Joy Session

If I had to describe the Dexter family in one word, the word would definitely be giggly. Always smiling and laughing, the Dexter family is an incredibly active bunch with a ton of energy and charisma! They were a treat to photograph on a beautiful Fall day and the only thing missing was the father who is currently serving our country abroad. A special tribute to him and to all of our service men and women who are away for the upcoming holidays.

Ashley & Bryant Attraction Session Part Deux

Had another opportunity to hang out with Ashley and Bryant and this time they brought along a little special someone, Remy! We had a wonderful time running around Wildcat Creek Park and Remy was definitely a handful, but he helped to produce some really fun emotions and expressions! It's difficult to not have fun with the three of them because they are all just so full of life, energy and wit. Best of luck to you two in your wedding planning!

Amy Jo & Caleb Attraction Session

Back to the site where their engagement scavenger hunt began, I had the awesome opportunity to meet Amy Jo and Caleb and shoot their engagement session at Anneberg Park! The Fall colors were really starting to peak and so we took full advantage and had a wonderful time. From tugboats to random small shelters to "photo booths", I had a blast following them around and watching their fun and loving relationship. Now, I can't wait to shoot their wedding next summer! Congrats you two!

Melissa & Adam Attraction Session

A beautiful fall evening was the backdrop for a fun and at times, silly, engagement shoot with Melissa and Adam. It was my first opportunity to shoot at the K-State University Gardens and now I can't wait to go back! Melissa, with her gorgeous dimples and Adam with his strong jawline made for outstanding poses and captures. By only hanging out with them for a short while, I could easily sense the bond and commitment that they shared through the many years of their relationship! Annie Style Session

A is for Annie and Annie is awesome! Had the opportunity to visit Konza Prairie for the first time to shoot Annie's Style session and I had a blast. Such a dynamic and spunky personality! It was great having her point out all the little details of Konza and I could just tell how much she loved the atmosphere and the air out there. She will be graduating soon so best of luck to Annie and all of her future endeavors (astrology, perhaps?)! :)

Stacy & Drew Attraction Session

A 2 for 1 combo! Spread over two different sessions, we were able to capture all the special places that are dear to Stacy & Drew. With an overcast day on our first attempt, the skies truly opened up to expose some wonderful colors and backgrounds on our second go round. Both very laid back and open to anything, it was awesome taking their engagement photos. Good luck to the both of them with their upcoming plans and their big day!

Buffalo Experience! - Celebration Session

A huge thanks to Ed and Susan Dillinger for allowing us to roam around and pet, feed and observe their wonderful buffaloes at Lazy Heart D Ranch in Westmoreland, KS! Erica & Jeff - Love

On October 14th, 2007, the clouds parted and the sun peaked through to provide an absolutely blessed day. A huge congratulations to Jeff and Erica for tying the knot and for allowing me to help witness and capture the event! You both were so incredibly cute and so incredibly in love and it was so apparent . Best of luck to the both of you and your amazingly wonderful families and friends!

Alpha Xi Delta Fiesta Feed 2007

Great food. Delightful people. Live music and a jalapeno eating contest. What more could you ask for? The beautiful women of Alpha Xi Delta recently held their second annual Fiesta Feed to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation and Choose Children Philanthropy. With a “Flight of the Conchords”-esque acoustic group and plenty of nachos to feed an army, the women hosted an awesome event that fed a ton of people all for a great cause!
