Today, I am happy to announce the winner of the La Brisa APW Monthly Photography Competition #3 in the La Brisa Aspiring Photographer Workshop (APW) group on Facebook! For April, the theme was "WATER" and members of the group voted for their favorite submissions.
Jessica Lnenicka of Triple the Sugar Photography won first place for her image entitled "Spray"
